Lodgement of Dutiable Transactions Executed Prior to Commencement of the Barrier Free Model (18 Sep 2017)

About this form

This form is to be used to lodge conveyance transactions executed prior to the 18 September 2017, which have not been previously lodged with the Access Canberra shop front in Dickson. Transactions which include applications for concessions or exemptions must have the associated application or supporting documentation attached to the online submission.

Dutiable transactions executed both prior to and after the 18 September 2017, which do not result in a change to the land titles register should also be lodged using this form.

Please note, this form should not be used to lodge transactions with an execution date on or after the 18 September 2017, which result in a change to the land title register. These transactions fall under the Barrier Free model and are not required to be lodged directly with the ACT Revenue Office. Please note: 

If you are a solicitor or agent lodging on behalf of a client you will need to print the applicable declaration for your client to complete and sign, which much be scanned and attached to this submission.

If you are a self lodger and your transaction involves more than one buyer or applicant, additional declarations will need to be printed, completed and attached to this submission.
