This application must be completed in accordance with the information and conditions available on the Commission web site. Approval of this application for an amendment to an approved raffle/lottery is conditional upon the information submitted in and with this application.
Please note any omissions may result in your application being delayed or returned. Approval is required prior to any amendments being effective.
The prescribed fee is available on the Commission’s web site www.gamblingandracing.act.gov.au otherwise, contact the Commission on 02 6207 0361 for more information.
If an amendment results in the value of the total prize pool increasing to a higher lottery permit fee, the difference between the new fee and the original fee paid, plus the amendment fee is required prior to processing.
Please note that once an application is submitted to the ACT Gambling and Racing Commission the application fee is non-refundable.
In an Act or statutory instrument, a reference to a person generally includes a reference to a corporation as well as an individual.
