Unclaimed Money Service

About this form

The unclaimed Money Register was established in 1989 to help people find amounts that they are entitled to if they can prove they are the rightful owner.

You can find and claim your unclaimed money in 4 easy steps:

  1. Search for amounts.
  2. Check the total amount you may be owed.
  3. Prove you are the legal owner of the money.
  4. Submit your claim for assessment.

Anyone can use the search function to look for themselves, family or friends.

Processing unclaimed money requests may take up to two months.
