Corporate Reconstruction Application

About this form

This form is to be used to submit an application for Corporate Reconstruction exemption. Section 232A of the Duties Act 1999 provides a full duty exemption for certain transactions within a corporate group where the ultimate beneficial ownership of the assets remains unchanged.

That is, the assets or corporation owned by a member of the corporate group remain subject to the ownership and control of the corporate parent, either directly or indirectly, by virtue of the parent’s ownership and control of the member of the corporate group.

Declarations

Please note: 

If you are a solicitor or agent lodging on behalf of a client you will need to print the applicable declaration for your client to complete and sign, which much be scanned and attached to this submission.

If you are a self lodger and your transaction involves more than one buyer or applicant, additional declarations will need to be printed, completed and attached to this submission.
